It’s time to choose summer photo session wardrobes! Although, I’ve been feeling summer vibes since that record-breaking day in March. For summer photo sessions you can’t go wrong with pastels, stripes understated floral patterns, lace and macrame, and the always effortless little white dress. Especially with how utterly melty it gets in summer here, it’s important to plan a summer photo session wardrobe that keeps everyone comfortable and *sane* through the session. Choosing cotton, linen, and other lightweight fabrics should help everyone stay as comfortable as possible.
For outdoor summer sessions, I love to bring one of those little mini fan/spray bottle combos and I ALWAYS bring my bubble wands and machine #toddlerwhisperer. I also schedule early in the morning or later in the evening to take advantage of the lowest temperatures of the day. Summer in Austin is also a great time to choose an in-home lifestyle session to take advantage of the daylight hours.
